Reviews/Opinion:
- (1) Overall experience is poor is very poor. Be prepared to signed out automatically and frequently. SSO does not work seamlessly. (2) Functionality needs a lot of work – half the time you wont be able to post on a social channel because API’s are not updated. Overall: It’s just easier to post on separate social channels one at a time because that is what you will have to do eventually.

Was working perfectly fine before. Now all of a sudden won’t let me post to social media, mainly to Instagram. Keeps on saying connect to the internet. Tried with my data on, tried on multiple wifi networks, uninstall and reinstall, and still a no go. Please fix ASAP. UPDATED: So Hootsuite replies back and ask “ our help channel on twitter.” Really? Where is customer ? Can’t even via email or phone. Not all of us use Twitter. And why can’t you look into the matter from here? Why do we have to go through Twitter just to make a case?
- Same problem other s report: network connection errors prevent the app from loading anything. Sad that there was no fix now during one of the busiest times of the year and when it actually would’ve mattered. Already have reached out to the often mentioned twitter , but they did not answer yet. Probably overloaded by s asking for a solution to this problem.
- Only allowed me to import pages on Facebook even though I selected one page and two groups. It does not allow you to delete the or streams/pages. Therefore you are unable to start over once a error has been made. Def not the app it used to be years ago. Not very friendly. Even after deleting and clearing cache if you re install it pulls old data from Hootsuite servers and if that info is wrong then it is pointless using it. It should allow you to reset your and profile but does not, so please hope a error is never made.
